JAMMU, FEBRUARY 01: Managing Director, JPDCL, Yasha Mudgal, today convened a meeting to review the progress of ongoing Centrally Sponsored Schemes including IPDS/ DDUGJY /PMDP (Urban)/PMDP (Rural) schemes of Jammu province.
Chief Engineer (Projects) JPDCL, Manhar Gupta, other senior engineers of JPDCL (Projects), Team Leaders of RECPDCL/WAPCOS and representatives of Turnkey Contractors were present in the meeting.
Chief Engineer (Projects), JPDCL gave detailed presentation of all the ongoing works under the said schemes of Jammu province.
While reviewing the progress of the schemes, Managing Director JPDCL instructed the Chief Engineer to review the slow pace of progress of ongoing works. The concerned Turnkey Contractors were directed to take all necessary steps required to get the works completed within stipulated time frame so that the benefits of the same are passed on to general public. Further, the turnkey contractors were warned that any delay on this account shall be viewed seriously.
