DC Jammu reviews progress on B2Vworks

JAMMU, JANUARY 31: District Development Commissioner, Jammu, Sushma Chauhan today convened a meeting of various departments to review the progress of works approved under Back to Village Programme.

Chief Planning Officer Jammu, Joginder Katoch, Assistant Commissioner Development Jammu, all Block Development Officers of district Jammu besides executive engineers of PHE, PDD, PWD and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.

The BDO’s informed the DDC about the present status of implemented works in their respective Blocks. It was informed that total 305 works have been approved in district Jammu out of which 113 have been completed while 146 works are in progress.

The DDC exhorts upon the officers to expedite the pace of ongoing works in all the blocks besides she also directed them to work with zeal and dedication so that all the approved works would be completed within set timeframe.
