GANDERBAL, AUGUST 01: Commissioner/Secretary Labour & Employment Department, Saurabh Baghat today conducted a day long administrative inspection of the subordinate departments/ offices of the Labour and Employment Department.
Baghat reviewed the overall functioning of the office of District Employment & Counselling Centre (DE&CC), Ganderbal and expressed satisfaction regarding its functioning.
The Commissioner also held a public darbar cum awareness camp at Haran, Ganderbal. Other than PRIs, various delegations attended the darbar.
The Commissioner briefed the gathering about various schemes being implemented by the subordinate offices of the Labour & Employment Department and assured prompt disposal of grievances.
Besides, the Commissioner laid emphasis on the PMSYM scheme launched in the month of March this year in the state and acquainted the gathering about the benefits of the scheme.
Among others, the darbar was also attended by the Assistant Director, Employment, Ganderbal, ALC, Ganderbal and Nodal Officer, EDI Ganderbal.
