SSP B’la flags off excursion cum exposure tour for HASK students

Baramulla, July 31: An excursion cum exposure tour to Gulmarg, organized by Baramulla Police, for the sponsored wards of Human Aid Society (HASK) was flagged off by SSP Baramulla on Wednesday.

SSP Abdul Qayum flagged off tour at 8.30 am from DIG office Baramulla. Ten staff members including chairman HASK and nearly 31 HASK sponsored children were part of this tour.

In a statement issued, HASK said that arrangements made by the police were beyond expectations. “The students were received by SHO Tangmarg who offered them. Besides lunch, police also arranged a Gondola ride for the students,” reads the statement.

“On the occasion, SHO Gulmarg arranged free boating and other rides for the students in Children Park. Chairman Human Aid Society expressed his gratitude to SSP Baramulla for the gesture and his concern towards the deprived children,” it added.
