Sheeri: In a shocking incident, a person claimed to have killed his daughter and later dumped her body in the forest area of Laridora Narvaw Sheeri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, Tuesday.
Sources said that one Javid Ahmad Khan son of Rehmatullah Khan of Laridora Sheeri Narvwa took his daughter along from his home early in the morning.
Khan later killed his daughter dumped her body in the forest area after which he is said to have informed a local and also went to inform police station Chandoosa about the crimes he had committed.
Following the information, police, along with locals, searched the forest area and recovered the dead body.
A case has been registered in the matter and the accused is in police custody. Police has started investigation in the matter.
