Srinagar, July 28: While expressing grief over the demise of veteran journalist Rahul Jalali, who passes away in New Delhi on Saturday, CPI (M) leader Mohamad Yousuf Tarigami, today paid rich tributes to him.

“Jalali sahib was a right thinking and secular minded person. His and his family’s contributions for the upliftment of the society are immense. His contribution in institutionalising journalism in the state and the country are also worth praise as he had carved a niche on the media canvas of the country,” Tarigami said.
