Srinagar: Notwithstanding the nefarious propaganda launched by some “terribly hurt” members after losing the Kashmir Press Club election, the Press Club of India (PCI) has granted Kashmir Press Club (KPC) the admission and included it as a member of the federations of Press Club’s of India.
“The PCI President Mr. Anant Bagaitkar has congratulated us for successful elections and extended best wishes to the elected President and the management body of KPC,” Shuja ul Haq, president, KPC, said in a statement issued here.
“We thank PCI for the inclusion and hope to work closely with them for the mutual benefit of our members,” Haq said.
