Srinagar, Jul 12: Two Amarnath pilgrims died on Friday morning en-route to the cave shrine in south Kashmir Himalayas, media reports said.

Reports said that pilgrims identified as Shrikanth Doshi, 65, a resident of Gujarat and Sheshi Bushan Kumar (55), a resident of Jharkhand died this morning at separate places on way to the shrine.

Reports said that Doshi died at Sheshnag- the third stop from Pahalgam base camp, and Kumar died near the cave shrine.

In this regard, an official said that a case has been registered and further investigations are going on.
