Sopore, July 09: Dawood Sports defeated Jehlum Sports by a huge margin of 130 runs at Sheikhul Alam Sports field Tarzoo Sopore today here.
Bating first, Dawood Sports Bijbehara posted a huge score of 208 runs on the board for the loss of 4 wickets. Aaqib was the star performer of the day with a brilliant knock of 88 runs. Mohsin Mufti also contributed with 67 runs for Jehlum Sports.
For Jehlum Sports, Farooz took 3 wickets.
Chasing the huge target of 209 runs, Jehlum Sports were bundled out for a paltry score of 77 runs and thereby Dawood Sports won the match by a huge margin of 130 runs.
For Dawood Sports, Tauqeer took 4-fer and Shaqeeb picked up 3 wickets. Mir Aaqib of Dawood Sports was declared man of the match.
