Sopore, July 07: Sopore Cricket Academy lifted Sopore Champions League trophy by defeating PCC Tarzoo in the finals today here at Tarzoo Sports Field.
PCC Tarzoo won the toss and decided to bowl first. Batting first, Sopore Cricket academy managed to score 130 runs for the loss of all wickets. Umer made 36 and Mansoor scored 27 runs.
For PCC Tarzoo, Mohammad Yousf and Abrar took 3 wickets each.
Chasing a victory target of 131 runs, Tarzoo batsmen fell like a pack of cards as the team was dismissed on paltry score of 77 runs.
Mansoor was declared man of the match for his bowling spell of 5 wickets.
This tournament was organised by Sopore Cricket academy under the supervision of Sports Association Tarzoo.
