DDC inaugurates refurbished indoor badminton hall at Doda

DODA, JULY 07: A refurbished indoor badminton hall was   inaugurated today by the District development Commissioner Dr Sagar D Doifode here at Govt Boys Higher Secondary School.

The big hall with 40-feet height has been refurbished with rubberized mated court and adequate lighting to provide enhanced facility to the young and aspiring badminton players of the district.

Speaking on the occasion, the DDC said that improvement of the sports infrastructure in the district is the utmost priority of the district administration. He appealed the youngsters to associate themselves with atleast one sport activity to stay fit and bring discipline in their lives. He informed the participants about the sports projects taken across the district under khelo India program.

Senior civil and police officers were also present at the program.
