The first batch of Hajj pilgrims from Jammu and Kashmir left for Saudi Arabia on Thursday.

Officials told KNS that 304 Hajj pilgrims left from the Srinagar International Airport in two Spice Jet flights.

The pilgrims reached Hajj house in the wee hours today and left for Airport in SRTC vehicles where from they left for Saudi in two flights.

70 flights, ferrying 150 pilgrims in each flight will fly from Srinagar Airport up till July 29, officials said.  (KNS)
