Sopore, June 25: In the ongoing Wular Premier League (WPL), Kashmir Strikers Sozieth defeated Janwara Towes by eight wickets here at Sheikhul Alam Sports Field Tarzoo Sopore.
Bating first, Janwara were bundled out on 94 runs. Shabir was the top scorer with 38 runs.
For KS Sozieth, Javaid Jadu Pick 2 Wickets Irshad and Sajad took a wicket each. In reply, Kashmir Sozieth achieved the target for the loss of 2 wickets. Mohammad Sayeed and Nazir of Janwara took one wicket each.
Shabir Ali was declared man of the match. This tournament is being organized under the banner of Sports Association Tarzoo.
