PC kick starts political activity in Uri, set to launch massive public outreach prog

Srinagar, June 24: People’s Conference core group of Uri constituency on Monday conducted a review meeting of the party activities and outreach programs under the Chairmanship of senior party leader Raja Aijaz Ali.

The agenda of the meeting was to deliberate on activation of party activities and extensive outreach programs for the upcoming Assembly elections.

“Several prominent party workers came together to discuss the party’s political activities. During the meeting, it was decided that Peoples’ Conference will address the grievances of the people of Uri. For this, the party will strengthen its presence at the grass roots level”, PC spokesperson Adnan Ashraf Mir said in a statement.

The meeting was also attended by Political Secretary to Chairman Abdul Qayoom and Distt President Baramulla Asif Lone.
