BUDGAM, JUNE 22: District Development Commissioner (DDC), Budgam Dr Syed Sehrish Asgar today held an interactive session with media persons of print, electronic and social media agencies of Budgam.
The issues concerning media facilitation in development issues came up for discussion. The DDC assured media of all possible help in highlighting developmental issues of the district. During the deliberations, DDC Budgam called upon media persons to highlight public welfare and grievance matters and bring them into the notice of district administration for their prompt resolution.
The DDC on the occasion said that long pending demand of press club for media persons will shortly be addressed and a press club will be made available for them.
Media persons projected many issues of public importance and put forward suggestions for better results. ADC Budgam, Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani and DIO Budgam, Showkat Hussain also spoke on the occasion.
