Srinagar, June 16:  The police officer who was injured in a militant attack in Anantnag on June 12 has succumbed to the injuries at All India Institute of Medical Science, reports said.

Arshad Khan the Station House Officer (SHO), Sadr Anantnag, who was critically injured in militants attack at KP Road Anantnag on June 12 in which five CRPF personnels and a militant were killed, succumbed to injuries on Sunday. Khan was shifted to AIIMS New Delhi from SKIMS Srinagar for specialized treatment using an air ambulance where he breathed his last.
