SHOPIAN, JUNE 07: The Additional District Development Commissioner Shopian, Mohammad Saleem Malik today reviewed the status of developmental works under execution and other issues in the district.
During the meeting projects taken up by R&B department and the current year Macadamization programme was discussed in detail. The progress of providing of way side amenities on Mughal Road was also reviewed. During the meeting various issues came under discussion and directions were given accordingly.
ADDC directed all the concerned officers to ensure that the quality of works is not compromised with. He also directed the officers for accelerating the pace of work and emphasized on coordination between the line departments to avoid any delay in the execution of works. He underscored the importance of these projects for the welfare of the general public and urged the officials to work diligently and with added zeal.
During the meeting, ADDC emphasized upon the officers to work diligently for the early completion of all the commitments.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Chief Planning Officer, SE hydraulic, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, SDM Zainapora, CEO, CMO, Executive Engineers of PHE, R&B, JKPCC, Irrigation and Flood Control, ACD, DSWO , ARTO besides district and sectoral officers.
