KARGIL, MAY 31: Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmed Khan has expressed his gratitude to Governor Satya Pal Malik and Chief Secretary B V R Subrahmanyam for appointing former Chief Secretary C. Phunsog as the Vice Chancellor of Ladakh University.
The CEC has also expressed his indebtedness for appointment of Imteeaz Kacho, an officer of the Kashmir Administrative Service as the Registrar and In-Charge Principal Government Degree College Leh, Prof Deskyong Namgyal as the Controller of Examination of the University of Ladakh.
The CEC while congratulating C. Phunsog, Imteeaz Kacho and Prof Deskyong Namgyal has expressed optimism that they will strive hard in the interest of the students of both the districts.
