SRINAGAR, MAY 28: The State Government is proposing to construct Ladakh House, Sarai at Dwarka, New Delhi. For the purpose the government has approached Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for allotment of land in Sedctor-18, Dwarka, New Delhi.
The DDA has earmarked land measuring 1266 square meters in the said location and the Jammu and Kashmir Government has been asked to make the payment within a month.
In a communiqué to Chief Secretary BVR Subrahmanyam through Resident Commissioner J&K New Delhi, it has been conveyed by DDA that waving off the new premium as requested by J&K Government vide letter dated 09-01-2019 has been agreed to by the competent authority. It further reads that the other terms and conditions of the allotment letter dated 11-07-2006 shall remain unchanged.
