WPL-2019: Reyan Fighters defeat Urbanic by 27 runs

Srinagar, May 22: In the ongoing Wular Premier League (WPL) Reyan fighters defeated Urbanic Srinagar by 27 runs today here at Sheikhul Alam Sports Ground Tarzoo Sopore.

Reyan Fighters won the toss and decided to bat first as they scored a respectable total of 165 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Irshad 47 and Rayees 31 were the top scorers for Reyan Fighters.

For Urbanic, Umer took 4 wickets. In reply, Urbanic Srinagar fail to chase the target as they lost wickets in heap Rafiq played well for his 43 runs and Irfan made 17 runs.

Reyan Fighters won the match by a margin of 27 runs. Sajad Ahmad was declared man of the match for his all round performance of 3 wickets and 16 runs.

The Tournament is being played under the banner of Sports Association Tarzoo.
