SRINAGAR, May 20: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) President and former Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has paid rich tributes to late Mirwaiz Moulvi Muhammad Farooq and late Abdul Gani Lone whose death anniversaries are being observed on May 21.
In a statement, Mehbooba said that the contribution made by the two leaders in the socio-political awakening of people would long be remembered in Jammu & Kashmir.
She added that best tribute to these two leaders would be that the people of the State commit themselves to working for social upliftment of the downtrodden and working tirelessly towards getting the people of the state out of uncertainty.
