APSCC asks Govt to book rape accused under POCSO

Srinagar. Condemning the rape of three year old girl, APSCC chairman Jagmohan Singh Raina today said that this case is fittest case to register under POCSO (Protection of children from sexually offences).

“I appreciate governor Satya Pal Malik and other officials of government for swift action on fast track basis so that in future no body repeats such heinous crime,” said Raina.

In a statement all party Sikh Coordination Committee (APSCC) termed the incident as shocking and inhuman act.

“The victim is daughter of every Kashmiri, we feel ashamed after hearing this crime and want justice to the victim,” the statement said.
