JAMMU, APRIL 12: Governor Satya Pal Malik has felicitated people on Ramanavami and prayed that this auspicious occasion would be the harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity in the State.

In his message of felicitations, Governor has observed that the celebration of festivals, which are an important part of our glorious heritage, strengthens communal harmony and brotherhood and reinvigorates the secular ethos.
