Srinagar: Four Matches were played at the Synthetic Turf (TRC) today as the 26th State Football Championship, organized by J&K Football Association & sponsored by JKSSC, kick started here today.
In the First match DFA Ganderbal defeated Pampore (Zone) by four Goals as Faisal Rashid of the winning team scored a hat trick. The second match was played between DFA Kupwara and DFA Anantnag which saw DFA Anantnag defeating their rivals by six goals.
The third match which was played between DFA Handwara and DFA Sopre ended in a 1-1 draw. In tie breaker DFA Handwara defeated DFA Sopore 4-2. In the last match DFA Budgam defeated DFA Shopian by 6 goals against their one.
