Srinagar, March 8: The selected Sub-Inspectors (SIs) of Jammu and Kashmir Police have sought the intervention of Governor Satya Pal Malik for issuance of their formal appointment order, pending since 2016.

Seeking the intervention of Principal Secretary to Government Home Department for sending an early reply to Jammu and Kashmir High Court, the selected candidates have urged the Governor to intervene into the matter as even CID verification of the selected candidates have been completed.
