JAMMU, FEBRUARY 7: Principal Secretary Industries and Commerce Navin Kumar Choudary Thursday handed over an ambulance to the J&K Minerals Limited for its utilization at coal mines Kalokote in Rajouri district.
Speaking on the occasion, Navin Choudhary, reiterated the importance of safety and welfare measures in coal mining industry and impressed upon the management to take all requisite measures for the safety and welfare of mine workers
MD JK Minerals, Vikram K. Gupta, informed that the said ambulance shall be used for the coal miners and other employees working at the project. He said it will help in providing timely medical treatment in case of an emergency.
