JAMMU, FEBRUARY 28: Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam Thursday hosted a simple but impressive farewell function to bid adieu to Mohammad Saleem Shishgar, Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Culture on his attaining superannuation.
