Leopard injures four persons in Pulwama village

Pulwama, Feb 17: A leopard roaming in residential area of Sangerwani village of south Kashmir's Pulwama district injured at least four persons on Sunday morning.

Wildlife warden South Kashmir confirmed the incident and said: "Our team has rushed to the spot to assess the situation.”

A hospital official in Pulwama district said that they have received three injured persons identified as Mukhtar Ahmad Kalas son with injuries on left leg and arm, Mohd Hafeez Kalas with head injury and Gh Mohd with injuries on left arm and head.

Fourth injured is being treated at Public Health Center (PHC) Keller and is said to be stable now.
