Law department, BOPEE condole Tantray’s demise
SRINAGAR, FEBRUARY 08: The Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs today convened a condolence meeting to express grief over the demise of Ghulam Hassan Tantray, former Law Secretary and former Chairman, BOPEE.
The meeting was attended by Secretary Tribal Affairs and Co-operatives, Abdul Majid Bhat, Secretary Law Achal Sethi, Secretary Legislative Council Muzaffar Ahmed, Special Secretaries, Additional Secretaries and other senior officers.
Several officers while speaking on the occasion highlighted the contribution of Mr. Tantary in the Law Department and other departments as well.
Heartfelt condolences and sympathies were also extended to the bereaved family.
Meanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of Ghulam Hassan Tantray.
A condolence meeting was held here today which was presided over by Mohammad Ashraf Bukhari, Chairman J&K BOPEE.
While praying for peace to the departed soul, the participants expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.
The meeting remembered Tantray as a noble human being and an able officer who significantly contributed to the growth and development of various Departments and Institutions during his illustrious government service.
