Prominent youth, political workers from Ladakh join PC

Jammu, 29 January 2019: In a major boost to Peoples Conference, prominent businessmen and political workers from Ladakh region joined the party in presence of Chairman, Sajad Gani Lone, PC spokesman said on Tuesday.

Welcoming the new entrants into the party fold, PC Chairman expressed confidence that they will strengthen the collective vision of Change and Empowerment envisaged by JKPC, he added.

“People of Kargil and Leh are bereft of basic amenities of clean drinking water, electricity and roads and their day-to-day problems have been summarily ignored by both PDP and NC regimes”, the spokesman said

“The new entrants collectively resolved to work towards   leading a mission of change. They were firm in their belief that PC is the only alternative to take the state towards peace, progress and development”, he added.

Those who joined include prominent businessmen Niyaz Ali and Bakir Ali from Kargil, Mohammad Jaffer a renowned political and social worker from Zanskar among others.

Those present on the occasion included senior party leaders Imran Reza Ansari, Baqir Rizvi, Abid Hussain Ansari, Mohammad Abbas Wani among others.
