JAMMU, JANUARY 28: The employees of the Assembly Secretariat today expressed gratitude to the Speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly Dr. Nirmal Kumar Singh, and Secretary J&K Legislative Assembly, Achal Sethi, for granting promotions in favour of more than fifty employees.
