Rana led NC team greets Shri Swami Vishwatamanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj

RAJOURI, JANUARY 27: A team of National Conference leaders on Sunday greeted His Holiness Peethadeshwar Raj Guru, Aachariya, Mahamandleshwar Shri Swami Vishwatamanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj on his birthday and prayed the Almighty to give Swamiji the strength to carry forward his mission of spreading love and peace besides ornamenting youth with quality education.

According to a statement issued here, Led by Provincial President Devender Singh Rana, the National Conference leaders expressed happiness over the mission happening under the caring and saintly guidance of the Swamiji laying a discernible impact in different fields, hoping the society shall continue to get his blessings without any distinction.

“Those accompanying Rana to the function organized by the S. V. S Chairtable Trust Shiv Kashi Sunderbani, District Rajouri in the premises of SSVS Degree College, Shiv Kashi Sunderbani, included Th Rachpal Singh and Rattan Lal Gupta, former legislators besides Lalli Khan,” reads the statement.

“The day was marked by Sapt Chiranjeev Poojan and cultural programme besides a Bhandara. The programme, held in serene and spiritual ambience, depicted glorious heritage of inclusiveness, emphasized the crucial need of maintaining unity between various segments of society and strengthening of harmony and bonds of love and amity,” it said.

The statement further said: “The function was attended by cross section of people, several political leaders and a large number of students. Rana also presented awards to students as per the wishes of the Swamij.”

“Shri Swami Vishwatamanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj presented a memento to Devender Singh Rana on the occasion,” it added.
