KULGAM, JANUARY 14: A teenage girl hailing from south Kashmir’s Kulgam district has won a gold medal in Belt Wrestling open category at under-19 National school games held at Belgavi Karnataka
Meawhile, Deputy Commissioner Dr Shamim Ahmad Wani today felicitated Insha Jan by presenting a memento and certificate to her for the achievement.
While congratulating Insha, Dr Shamim said that district administration is taking all steps to channelize the sports talent of the youth of the district.
The felicitation function was organised by the office of DYS&S Kulgam.
DYSSO Kulgam and other officials of the Department of District Youth Services and sports Kulgam were also present on the occasion.
