Pahalgam: 6 jan. PDP Chief Spokesperson and former MLA Pahalgam Rafi Ahmad Mir expressed his concern over the post snow response of the state government.

Stating that majority of areas of Pahalgam Constituency were without power supply, Mir sought immediate restoration of power.

Mir in a statement issued todaysaid that famed tourist resort of Pahalgam is suffering on account of road mobility, power supply and the adjoining areas of Aishmuqam, Seer and Dachnipora need immediate road clearance with power restoration. Mir urged the district administration to ensure adequate supply of essential commodities like ration and gas.

Mir said that for ease of patients all local hospitals must have enough staff and functional power generators in case of power failure.
