SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 29: To avoid any mishap, the Vice-Chairman Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA) Saturday today issued an advisory asking people not to walk or play on the frozen surface of Dal and Nageen Lakes as it can prove dangerous.
In an official handout issued here, the VC also impressed upon the people living in the adjacent areas to keep a watch on such activities and discourage the practice in order to save the precious lives.
