Hafeez, Zargar condole demise of Qamrain’s mother

JAMMU, DECEMBER 26: Secretary Information, Sarmad Hafeez has condoled the demise of mother of senior journalist and Editor, ‘Muslim Kashmir’, Noor-ul-Qamrain.

In his condolence message, Hafeez while expressing solidarity with the bereaved family has prayed for peace to the departed soul.
