Srinagar, Dec 23: Fire broke out in ‘Crown Printing Press’ located at Batmaloo near Bunpora road on Sunday in which the printing press and other printing related material worth lakhs were reduced to ashes.
According to the local reports, fire broke out in ‘Crown Printing Press’ this afternoon in which the entire printing press and other printing related material caught fire.
The fire tenders were pressed in service to douse the flames but the fire could not be controlled till it destroyed the entire printing press.
The cause of fire is said to be short circuit.
