Srinagar, Dec 19: Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik and few of his associates were Wednesday given into four days police remand by a local court here.
A JKLF spokesman said Malik and others were arrested by police on December 17 from Budshah Chowk during “Badami Bagh Chalo’ and booked under section 307 of RPC.
“Today JKLF chairman and others were first taken to police hospital for a routine medical checkup and then presented before the Court of 3rd Munsif, who ordered to send all of them in four days police remand after they were shifted back to police station Maisuma,” JKLF spokesman said.
