SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 17: The authorities in Srinagar have ordered suspension of class work in all colleges across the district on Tuesday.
The decision has been taken as a precautionary measure to avoid law and order situation in the district.
Meanwhile, class-work will remain suspended in all the colleges of Ganderbal district on Tuesday.
Class-work in Government Degree College Ganderbal, Kangan, Government Engineering College Safapora, Polytechnic College Hatbora Ganderbal and ITI Ganderbal and Kangan will remain suspended on December 18, said an official.
Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal Dr Piyush Singla said the decision has been taken as a “precautionary measure to maintain law and order”.
