JAMMU, DECEMBER 13: Advisor to Governor, K Vijay Kumar today interacted with the people and listened to their issues, problems during his weekly public hearing programme here at Banquet Hall.

Several public and employees’ delegations and individuals hailing from different parts of the state registered their grievances and sought early redressal.

All J&K Govt. Pharmacist Association apprised the Advisor about their issues and requested for passing necessary directions to the concerned   to clear all pending DPC cases.

A delegation of un-employed Post Graduate Ayurvedic Doctors sought advertisement for the vacant posts of AYUSH doctors.

Representatives of State Forest Service requested for expediting the process of induction to Indian Forest Service (IFS).

A delegation of Wireless Operators called for considering regularization of their services. Meanwhile, Contractual/Casual workers working in the Forest, YS&S, Health and other departments and Migrant workers also requested the Advisor for considering their services for regularization.

A delegation of Ayurvedic Doctors (MD) working in various government hospitals requested for placing them as faculty in newly established Government Ayurvedic Colleges.

Several people seeking employment under SRO-43 requested for expediting the process of clearing their cases.

Other than this, a large number of individuals from various districts of the state interacted with the Advisor and apprised him about their issues, concerns and sought his intervention for timely resolution.

The Advisor gave a patient hearing to the deputations, individuals and assured them that their genuine grievances/issues will be looked into. He passed on-spot directions for redressal of various grievances and directed the officers to forward the same to the concerned departments ensuring close follow up of the cases.
