IIMH Gantamulla celebrates annual day function

Baramulla: Iqbal Islamia Model High, Gantamulla, under the aegis of Fallah-e-Aam Trust (FAT) celebrated its Annual Day-cum-prize distribution function with great enthusiasm and fervor on Sunday.

Chairman FAT Mohammad Maqbool Bhat was the chief guest while as Nazim Taleemat, Baramulla, Nazir Ahmed Lone and Patron of IIMH Gantamulla Ali Mohammed Lone guests of honor. The annual day function started with Telawat Quraan and Naat followed by welcome song presented by students of the school.

A series beautiful cultural programme including group songs, skits, Ladisha, Speech on Role of FAT as well as menace drug-addiction etc. were presented by the students of different classes. Islamic programmes were presented by various groups of students of the institution which were highly appreciated by the audience.

On the occasion, all position and distinction holders from different classes were felicitated for their achievements in different activities by the guests. The vote of thanks was presented by Principal of the school Naseer Ahmed Lone

On the occasion, Principal of the institute, Naseer Ahmad, appreciated the performances of the students and said that “these functions provide a platform to students where they can showcase their hidden talents”.

Meanwhile, chairman Falahi Aam Trust (FAT) Mohammad Maqbool Bhat hailed the efforts of the school and its management for uplifting the standard of education. He also hailed the contribution of the Iqbal Islamia Model High School and congratulated them for organizing such fruitful programmes. Many respectable and dignitaries including Principal IMHS Fathegarh Hafeez Ahmed Lone was  also present
