SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 01: Continuing with its drive against non-filers of returns and tax defaulters, a team of state tax officers and inspectors today carried out a comprehensive drive.

During the course of such examination a liability on account of non filing of GSTR 3B amounting to Rs 1.8 crore was found against M/s Himalayan Motors Tengpora Bypass and Rs 1.99 crore against M/s Lands End Automotive Pvt Ltd Parimpora Bypass. The dealers were directed on the spot, to clear the liability within a period of 7 days failing which action as warranted under the provisions of the J&K GST Act 2017 shall be initiated against them.
