Srinagar: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) today held protest against State Administrative Council (SAC) recent decision of treating Jammu and Kashmir Bank as Public Sector Undertaking (PSU).
Led by party senior leaders including Nayeem Akhtar and Khursheed Alam hundreds of party workers amid anti administration slogans took out a protest rally from party headquarters at Sheri Kashmir park.
The protesting PDP leaders and workers demanded immediate revocation of the decision which they said was taken by the Governor at the behest of New Delhi to make financially independent institution dependent.
