SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 24: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Owais Ahmad Saturday flagged off young players who are scheduled to participate in a convention at SKICC on November 26th.
Deputy Commissioner Shopian, Dr. Owais Ahmed on the occasion said that his office will provide every kind of help to the young players.
On the occasion, District officer, Youth services and sports members of sports Council and other concerned officers were also present.
