Pulwama: One CRPF (central reserve paramilitary force) personnel died in a road accident this Saturday afternoon at Awantipora on Srinagar-Jammu highway.
Reports said that a CRPF vehicle met with an accident near Checkote Awantipora, resulting into injuries of one CRPF personnel.
“The injured was rushed to Public Health Centre Awantipora where he succumbed to his injuries” said an official of the PHC Awantipora.
The slain CRPF personnel has been identified as Gulab Chand of 130 battalion.
