SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 15: The Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan today directed all Deputy Commissioners of the valley to start disbursement of enhanced compensation amount to the affected fruit growers immediately whose fruits were damaged due to the recent snowfall.
