Thunderbolt and lightening kills man in Uri

Baramulla: A man was killed after thunderbolt and lightening struck in frontier Gawalan village of area of Uri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Locals said that Sher Ahmad (38) son of Mir Ahmad, a resident of Gawalan, Uri died when lightening struck him when he was working in fields.

MET department has forecast highly inclement weather in Jammu and Kashmir over the next 24 hours.
