Redressal camps were held at Kijpora, Poshkar, Dardwodar and Block Office Kangan aimed at improving public services delivery.

During the redressal camps, issues regarding road connectivity, water supply, power infrastructure, de-silting of various canals, upgradation of link roads, power facility, construction of culverts, flood protection bunds,  issuance of payment under SBM and issuance of rent of  Panchayat Ghar that are running in private buildings  were projected by the people.

The DDC gave a patient hearing to the public grievances and issued on spot directions to concerned officers for immediate redressal of the projected demands. Responding to the issuance of payment under SBM, the DDC directed the BDO to release all pending payment of the people within 10 days.

He further informed that each Panchayat will get substantial funds for the development of the area and Panchs and Sarpanchs will be given monthly honorarium as per the Government directions.

On the occasion, SDM Kangan was directed to organize day-long certificate issuance camp in the tehsil for certificate issuance to the people which is mandatory for filing nomination papers.

He impressed upon locals to extend helping hand to the district administration in the early execution of development schemes in rural areas by participating in Panchayat elections with enthusiasm.
