Kishtiwar, November 03:  Curfew continues in district Kishtiwar for the third consecutive day on Saturday which was imposed on Thursday after the killing of BJP leader Anil Parihar and his brother.
Paramilitary forces and police were deployed in Baderwah and Doda districts of Jammu division while as army has also carried out flag March in the curfew areas.
A top police official said so far as the situation was peaceful in the area. He said that communities have maintained harmony in Kishtwar.
According to local reports, a complete shutdown was observed on Friday in the Chenab Valley against the killings of Parihar Brothers. Pertinently Anil and Ajit Parihar died on spot when unidentified gunmen fired at them in Tappal Gali area of Kishtwar town.
Authorities have also suspended mobile Internet services in Kishtiwar as a precautionary measure.
