Lok Adalat to be held at Kulgam on November 09
KULGAM, NOVEMBER 01: According to Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee Kulgam, a Lok Adalat is being held in the premises of District Court Complex Kulgam on 09 November 2018.
Interested litigants having any civil, criminal compoundable offences, NI Act cases under Section 138, Bank Recovery cases, Labour Dispute Cases, family dispute cases, other civil cases, injection suits etc will be taken up for amicable settlement.
The interested litigants whose cases are pending in Courts of district Kulgam and desire to get their cases settled through the Lok Adalat have been asked to approach presiding officers of the concerned courts by or before 09 November 2018 so that the cases may be taken up in the said Lok Adalat.
